You don't want to share this so this recipe is enough for one serving. We won't tell anyone if you make double for yourself too. Infused with CBD Escape Oil for a sweeter experience!
1 tablespoon sugar
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon(s) butter softened (NOT MELTED)
1/2 tablespoon of CBD Escape Oil
1-2 tablespoon(s) mini chocolate chips or other add-ins
1 tablespoon of milk of choice (Oat Milk recommended)
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons flour* more if your butter is melted
HEAT TREAT FLOUR PRIOR TO COOKING!
Add flour to microwave in 5 second intervals for 30 seconds!
1: Soften your butter. This step is very important to soften and not MELT the butter. Melted butter will result in a very wet and soggy cookie dough. Best way to soften butter is to leave on counter for 30 minutes or in the microwave in 5 seconds intervals (WATCH CLOSELY)
2: Mix together the brown sugar, butter and white sugar.
3: Add wet ingredients - milk and vanilla extract. I like to use milk,
Sweet Tip: You can also use almond milk, oat milk, or water if no milk is available.
Vanilla flavored milk gives it even more flavor!
4: Add the flour. If your butter was soft and not melted, this should be enough flour.
If your butter was too liquidy, add additional flour in small increments.
5: Add chocolate chips.
If you don’t have chocolate chips or want another variation, try using these:
Whole Candy like Reeses Pieces or M&Ms
White chocolate or peanut butter chips
Dried fruit like cranberries or raisins
Refrigerate and store any leftovers in an airtight container or covered tightly with plastic wrap for 2 days or freeze up to 6 months.
Substitute butter for Vegan Butter and use plant based milks!
