Banana Bread Overnight Oats

We love making this Banana Bread Overnight Oats using CBD Honey for a calming and centered morning! It has Just the right amount of sweetness naturally sweetened with honey and Easy to digest thanks to soaking the oats overnight. Easiest breakfast ever. Don't forget it's also packed with healthy fats and fiber and Super easy as you make them the night before.


1 banana sliced

½ cup oats

½ cup plant-based milk

2 tsp CBD Escape Honey or sweetener of choice

1 tsp vanilla

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

¼ cup walnuts chopped

Optional: Additional sliced bananas & walnuts or candied pecans for toppings


In a jar (or container with a lid), combine all ingredients and mix well. Seal with lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least for 4 hours to soften oats.

Serve cold or hot, and top with additional sliced bananas, walnuts, and Escape Honey, if desired.
